@Dave6971 @GrantCardone Rent goes up bcz other expenses of ownership go up (not just the mortgage)….my property taxes on the homes I own doubled in the last two years. Same with insurance. My mortgage rates stayed the same but my realized monthly payments increased by over 20%…your logic is flawed
