@olvelez007 @_MrMikeSullivan Let’s take the 84 year old with say 1 million USD who wants to set it and forget, live life to the fullest and eventually pass down to beneficiary, does it make sense to go STRF or STRC - or split? Tax treatment is the same between the two, no? Both ROC
English

@calebjacque @_MrMikeSullivan The liquidity and the tax treatment.
English

@halstonvalencia @StayBolted I thought STRD yield was much higher at these prices
English

STRC just funded $1.2B of bitcoin in a single week.
A preferred stock paying 11.5% monthly, and it’s now the most liquid preferred instrument on the market??
This product is going to change capital markets forever.
So I built a modeler at @StayBolted so you can see what an allocation could actually return.👇

English

@olvelez007 @_MrMikeSullivan If STRC has a role, why do the other preferreds not get spoken about as much for fixed income? STRC distribution is variable, the others are fixed. Isn’t STRF at a fixed rate and senior to STRC a little more safe, albeit with a little bit lower of a yield?
English

@_MrMikeSullivan Absolutely. If you don't need income, Bitcoin only. If you're like 84 years old and need income or you have cash that can't be deployed in BTC for whatever reasons, STRC has a role.
English

@iAmTJJackson @RobinhoodApp Same. I just noticed this today on a payment already made. I had a feeling this was going to happen from their recent email saying they can change anything at anything basically. lol. Disappointing lack of explicit heads up @RobinhoodApp
English

Won’t be using @RobinhoodApp gold card to pay rent anymore. On February 27th it was eligible for the 3x points. But on March 3rd it is no longer available. No updates. No notifications of a policy change. Just “Not eligible” AFTER I’d already made the payment. Smh 🤦🏾♂️
English

@FrostyFinances @DeepValueBagger Where does it say a cap of $3,000?
English

@DeepValueBagger Nope. Not worth giving up my 3% I’m sure it fits some people. Just not for me.
English

If these cashback have low restrictions, I'm switching out of my sapphire reserve. Can anyone confirm?
Btw if they really do this well, this business will be as great as amex.
Evan@StockMKTNewz

@mitchdmoore Fair, I misinterpreted. And yes, great call on the metals. I’m not intimately familiar with Fluvius but what are you watching for on Bitcoin for re-entry as part of the Fluvius strategy.
English

@calebjacque I was referring to us earning more because we charge for Fluvius — we don’t make money from them holding bitcoin in self custody.
Although we have outperformed Bitcoin significantly since inception.
English

2 gentleman in 2 days we're ready to sell all their cold storage bitcoin and invest with us instead.
I encouraged them not to.
Self custody bitcoin serves a unique purpose that no other asset class or 3rd party held bitcoin can.
It's what makes bitcoin, bitcoin.
Sovereignty in the case of a black swan.
Could be sudden fiat collapse, 6102 attack, or tyrannical govt seizure of wealth/blocked access to the financial system.
I don't recommend a 100% allocation, but I don't recommend a 0% allocation either.
Could we make more money if they did it? Yes.
Would I feel I advised them with their best interest in mind? No.
We take our integrity seriously and don't advise others strictly on the basis of what's best for us.

What would you like to hear the management team discuss on the earnings call?

English

@wannabefresh @AdamBLiv I would say that decision depends on what your cost basis for the STRK position
English

Hey Adam, wanted to get your thoughts on something. I’ve been keeping my “savings” parked in $STRK, not money I expect to need anytime soon, just stored there for now. But I’m really liking what I’m seeing from $STRC lately. Do you think it makes sense to move that capital from STRK over to STRC?
English

STRC traded $175 million in volume today.
If ATM is 5%, that's $8,750,000.
Approximately 87.5 Bitcoin.
Pace of 437.5 BTC per week on just the STRC ATM if that's both the consistent trading volume and ATM percentage.
22,750 BTC per year at $100k BTC.
We're gonna know a LOT more on Monday to get a realistic view of how much of the trading volume is ATM.
The genie is out of the bottle.
Digital credit is the future.

@calebjacque @Roomba89 @WOLF_TradingX @WOLF_Financial @WOLF_Financial @WOLF_TradingX normally will send me the recording and I’ll post it when they do 😊

Currently going down the rabbit hole on #Strategy $MSTR preferred of $STRF, $STRC, $STRK, and $STRD ... very intrigued thus far .. any feedback or takes would be appreciated!! #Retirement

English

@FixxTheMoneyy @tormentedkitten How are you planning for the tax burden on the MSTY dividends
English

100k HELOC ported into MSTY. 10k shares total now. Interest payment is around 850 a month. At a 1 dollar dividend (conservative estimate), it pulls 10k a month. Pay the minimum interest. Left with 9150 cash per month. Put away in cash, STRF, and BTC.
In 10 years when HELOC is due for principal payments, pay it off in full. By then, BTC will be magnitudes higher, and the HELOC is a rounding error. Total interest paid will be around 80k in the 10 years. MSTY pays that 10 fold. BTC appreciation covers the rest.
