I remember being taught in High School that a great way to be intentional, discipleship driven and gospel minded in our relationships is to pray, “God, put people in my way so I can show them your way.” Opportunities to share and grow in the love of Jesus are all around us.

I read Proverbs 2 often to challenge and encourage me. As I was reading this it reminded me of James 1:5 “If any of you lacks wisdom, you should ask God, who gives generously to all without finding fault, and it will be given to you.”

I’ve been challenged to make sure that I am fully present in every conversation because one of the greatest ways to express love is a willingness to listen intentionally.
