Just uploaded a bunch of new pieces to the website under the "new" section. Many of these are unique pieces so act fast before they are gone forever :)

@Sagnamadr Ah lovely piece! I love those too, been studying a few of them recently. Wanted to make the one from Scotland for years now but forgot about it until I visited the museum again recently and remembered its within my skillet to recreate now
Hope you're all having a good week so far! Got a lot of open orders right now but working through them to get a good chunk posted to you on Friday! Lots of stones to set and polishing to do on Thursday. 💪
This beautiful Pictish ring is based on a gilt silver bezel found by a detectorist near Montrose. Its similarities to the Burghead ring are very self evident and being made from precious metal will complete your high status Pictish reenactment kit with a touch of regality.
This intricate ring is based on a broken ring fragment from Iona which is now in the National Museum of Scotland.
It has parallels in Pictish, Saxon and Irish cultures but the origin of the ring’s manufacture is not known for sure.
Last week we went to see a large collection of wonderful Pictish stones at the Meigle museum in Perthshire, Scotland. You might recognise some of these stone carvings as a lot of our jewellery is inspired by them. How many of these symbols do you recognise?
Happy Monday everyone! It has been a lovely Easter holidays but now your jewellery is all being worked on. Today's castings, plus a bunch of others being worked on to get caught up! Do you see yours here? :)
The Pictish mirror symbol is carved into stones across Scotland. There are many theories as to why but here I will focus on just maiking it shiny like a real mirror. Here I am sandcasting a pendant based on the symbol in recycled sterling silver.
@Sagnamadr I have seen two very similar hammers that both look real, both selling on reputable auction houses but there are (very) slight differences. Cant remember the source for either though! Always the possibility they are both real of course.
@caledonianforge Similar shape, made by a far less skilled smith.
That one looks real to me, and I tracked its provenance to a reputable German auction house.
