Today I am calling for all political parties to add a commitment to tackling #BirthTrauma into their manifestos. It was clear from my own experience and the public evidence we received to our recent cross party national inquiry, which I previously chaired in Parliament, that there is a post code lottery in the UK for perinatal care. This must end. Improving #maternity services should be above party politics.
