@jlager Hey John! I submitted my claim within 10 minutes of delivery. Seller is not sticking to seller policy, I’ve tried all day to communicate with your team and get copy and pasted responses. The seller lied on the listing and sold a used scratched item as “open box unused”

@jlager Mercari customer service is horrible. They are not honoring the buyer protection policy. Bought a camera that was sold as “new open box” and received a used/scratched lens. Customer service quickly closed the case and is not doing anything. Please help.
