We had a lot of requests for this new feature: Our host/screener WebRTC interface has been updated to allow selecting detected input/output devices on your computer, and a volume slider.

We've reworked our audio recording download process. In the past, some very long recordings would fail and we've had to fix them manually. This rework should solve that problem and those recordings should be available as soon as they are posted to our system.

For shows/meetings that take voicemails offline, we've restored 'transcribe VM' functionality. Voicemail transcription is now FREE!! Configure these settings in your show's configuration page.

We've updated our speech-to-text functionality, so auto-screen notes will contain punctuation and therefore be more readable. Reminder that auto-screening calls is now FREE for all customers.

This afternoon a configuration error caused call notes not to display on the console (or disappear if they were already there) for a couple of hours. This issue has been resolved.

We discovered a bug where outbound host calls (e.g., to Zoom or a phone # you specify) where you show/meeting is set to record, would not record properly and result in an empty recording. We've fixed this moving forward. (WebRTC host calls were not impacted).

NEW FEATURE: In 'Custom Prompts' callers can hear the number of callers in the queue. "There are X callers in the queue." You can enable this feature in Custom Prompts using the 'caller_instructions_callsinqueue' prompt (it is disabled by default).

BUG FIX: Now if the screener loses or drops their connection, callers will hear a message that the screener has been disconnected, and the call is placed back into the Call-In Queue.

BUG FIX: We resolved and issue where if a call screener and a caller (or multiple callers) are being screened in the 'Screening Room', and the call screener connection is dropped, the callers would be 'lost' in the system and no longer hear the show/meeting or hold music. 1/2
