I've said it's a bad appointment. This isn't 'infiltration' or anything of the sort, they've appointed a guy with significant experience in setting up branches to help them set up branches. There is no inherent internal problems with him being involved, he is not some ZOG asset, he is not Jewish, or anything of the sort. The problem is external because of how it will be perceived online as he has a past of prancing about with Israel flags (like many ex or current civnats, including many people criticisng him), he's also seemingly a flamboyant homosexual, which doesn't help. It's an indefensible appointment for the timeline only as it looks terrible, and on those grounds alone he should have been rejected in this political climate which the party has navigated mostly very carefully and competently. Restore is a coalition, and we're doing good work. As we've said from the start, there will be things we don't like, but this guy has no power and won't be running for office. He is helping with certain things behind the scenes. Do I like it? No. Is it worth throwing my toys out the pram for? Also no. Most things are going our way and nothing has changed about the party. The direction of travel is still to the right, but that doesn't mean we shouldn't be vigilant, and it's good that people are calling out this appointment.
