@depop your lack of customer support is appalling. My account was hacked, I was locked out for over 24 hours, I sent over 9 emails begging for help, yet no one ever responded. My account was finally restored and all my funds had been stolen, which could’ve easily been prevented.

@askdepop That’s probably a good idea because I’d rather not waste my energy making a Tik Tok to actually get someone’s attention. When can I expect a real response?

Not only did you fail me, a loyal user, but you put everyone else at risk by not promptly addressing & fixing the issue. The hacker messaged over 50 people asking for personal info & most of them responded. What’s the point of 2-factor authentication if it doesn’t work? Disgusted
