I'm terrible at asking for help. In the same year: • Dad died after years of battling cancer • Coworker shot himself in the head • Had to tell another mom, her 8 y/o daughter was dead Finally, I admitted, I was not OK. Needing help doesn't make you weak. We all do.

The greatest gift you can give someone is brutal honesty. Not everyone can handle it. But for those that can, it is the outside, honest perspective they need to grow and win.

@itschaselambert haha i know you feel that way. but i think sometimes you have to pause and consider what you are trying to accomplish and how that needs to be expressed to be heard.

Solving problems is simple. The answer is always skills or beliefs. Figure out which is holding you back and work to change it. It's not always easy, but IT IS that simple.

Our brains aren't designed for multitasking. I 4x my output when I started batching similar tasks. Work with your biology, not against it.
