You seriously think that Jurgen Klopp picks him hundreds of times at RB - plays him in sides that win multiple major honours at RB, he appears in the PFA Team of the Year three times at RB, if he “can’t defend”. Is it his biggest strength? No. But how about looking at what a player can do, rather what you think he can’t? Like Klopp, one of the world’s best coach’s did, and reaped the rewards.

@CodoBod @C_Hannan7 Bleak isn’t it. I remember watching that Utd / Van Gaal side and thinking how bad it is. The difference is though, we still have a quality squad. I know there are gaps but equally we have more than enough talent to be beating some of these teams

@callumblack @C_Hannan7 I genuinely don't know what to say anymore, there's been zero improvement. As long as the opposition is dross we look solid, as soon as we play a live opponent, we look tired, slow, structurally unsound, and mentally fragile. It's drifting. Van Gaal at Utd type stuff.

@CodoBod The reality is we’ve only won a few games because the opposition have been woeful and we’ve got a few players that can the ability to pull something out their arse (Ekitike, Wirtz..) I just don’t understand why they’ve preserved with Slot for this long. Must have something sorted

I'll keep saying it. As long as Slot's Liverpool are playing utter dross, they look great. As soon as an opposition side play with a bit of desire, aggression and pace, they crumble. Toothless and weak. Nothing has changed.
