@lochdon refund, please send us a DM with your booking reference and email address and we can process this for you. Alternatively, once bookings have been reopened for this date, we can look to rebook you on an alternative sailing where there is availability. Thanks 2/2

@lochdon Hi, we are sorry that you were not able to be accommodated on the sailing. Due to a reduction in capacity, some bookings have been cancelled to allow for lifeline and priority traffic. We understand this is frustrating and we are sorry for this. If you would like to request a 1/2

@CalMacFerries Ever since you updated your website, I've had nothing but problems. Previously, I had to abandon an existing email to login. Now you've forced me to change my password, but your site won't accept the new password. I am not impressed.

@CalMacFerries just wanted to say a big thank you to your support team, had an issue with my car meaning I had to get a new one. Expected a troublesome time changing the car details on my booking, the phone call was less than 3 minutes long! All sorted quick and easy! Thank you!

@AngusBMacNeil Lochboisdale and to allow boarding of passengers from Castlebay. The warning advising that Sunday’s amended timetable was due to adverse weather was incorrect. This should have advised it was a result of overnight berthing in Lochboisdale. Our apologies for any confusion or 2/3
