Cal has gone from being primarily a baseball player to a 6’5, 265 lb athlete that’s attacked the weight room and transformed his body over the last year. Strength numbers continue to skyrocket and he’s only scratching the surface. Still working on flexibility/mobility, but really proud of how far he’s come in such a short amount of time. Big ceiling ahead for this young man!
