Another great service @AvantiWestCoast . 14:30 Euston to Glasgow. No reservations working, no seats, no air con, no staff, no watewifi rubbish the only premium part is the fare you charged. I understand off days and industrial action but Avanti West Coast is consistantly awful!

@JustEatUK why have you removed your customer services numbers and live chat? Placed an order nearly 2 hours ago and no way of getting any help. The last app update said it will be delivered by 16:20 and it's now 17:00. Went to cancel order but says I'll be charged for the order.

@JustEatUK When I try to cancel the order it says I have to pay for the order as its been prepared. The tracker has said for 2 hours food will be prepared once driver is assigned and there is no way to get help as you've removed all the customer service options.

@JustEatUK I did, and it's being ignored too. 7519083.

@virginmedia I've been cut off the line after being on hold for 50 minutes. Please can you advise the service status for BR66EX and expected downtime?

@highwaysengland you have thousands of frustrated drivers stuck on the M1 and M25 awaiting information from you. Why no information? Your breaking news page has no info either!

@SSilentDiscos @hhukradio @HighwaysEngland There is still a fire engine accros the lanes and people highway officers walking up and down towards the crash area. I cant see any signs of movement at the moment.

@LBCNews major incident on m25 J6. Standstill for over 1 hour. Emergency services are working hard. Hope everyone is ok.

@Metro_Bank has the metro bank app gone down? Was able to access a few hours ago but now it reports "something went wrong"?

@Fly_Norwegian where do we get the vouchers from? Cabin crew refusing passgers any food! Now also a maintanence problem with the plane! Joke
