I have finally finished my new website. If you need a photographer for any of your needs (but not rude ones) feel free to have a look and get in touch. I'd also really appreciate a retweet. It's almost like I'm starting over. Thanks and much love. ♥️ Paulhusband.com

Every day matters when you have MND, no one understands that better than the people who share their stories with us, like Rob. We're shaped by their experiences, honesty and determination. We’re proud to share their voices as part of this new chapter.

Recently, @MENnewsdesk started producing “premium content” created “exclusively” for paying subscribers. But we have found multiple paid articles written by reporters funded by the BBC license fee. The MEN is paywalling articles the public has already paid for. 🧵

Very sad news. Nick was pivotal to so many charitable causes and an important part of Gloucestershire as a whole. He has been a big supporter of 4Ed and will be missed by many. MND is absolutely relentless. RIP Nick.

Disappointed to be missing the first Gloucester v Leicester fixture this evening for the Slater Cup, since my diagnosis. The KO time coupled with the kids finishing school means it is just not possible. This time of year is particularly hazardous for a lot of people but particularly those of us with MND. A lot of deaths occur from chest infections and pneumonia because of the breathing difficulties that come with MND. My breathing is getting weaker and weaker so it's important for me to avoid situations where I could become ill. A big thank you to all the supporters who help raise funds for MND during the game. Buckets will be dotted around Welford Road if you can spare some change. I look forward to tuning in to the game. Merry Christmas ❤️

We’ve been working on this over the last year with Chris and Sarra. They are the nicest people you’ll ever meet. Huge thanks to them for trusting us. They really are inspirational legends.

A MESSAGE FROM DIANE FOLEY: Eleven years ago today, the James W. Foley Legacy Foundation was founded to advocate for freedom for all Americans held captive abroad and to promote journalist safety while inspiring moral courage one person at a time. Thanks to the generosity of so many of you, over 170 Americans have been freed from captivity abroad and aspiring journalists are protecting themselves while seeking the truth. Please help us continue Jim’s legacy of moral courage and truth – your support makes a difference each day. Deepest gratitude and love, @FoleyDi
