3/ I managed to get a 4.0 BOTH semesters for the first time in college. All while taking classes people usually allocate one semester to (immunology, virology, molecular diagnostics, clinical microbiology, clinical chemistry) I am proud of myself, and hope he is too 🙏🏽❤️

2/ all while trying to work swing shifts at night after school. I hunkered down and said to myself that I was gonna work harder than I ever had before to make him proud. Hours and hours spent in the library, almost every waking moment at school or at work

1/ Gotta say something awesome: When my dad passed last June, I was terrified of how school would be impacted. I was starting the roughest 2 semesters of my bachelors program and taking more credits each semester than I had tried previously (14 in fall, 18 in spring)

PLEASE, get comfortable with going to events, movies, concerts, coffee shops, museums by yourself so you don't miss out on life waiting for people.
