@gemcarey Agreed, it is just the scale of fragility that is yet to be determined. Few systems seem to be coping but more importantly, the people “in the system” - clinicians, administrators, support staff and patients - are all suffering.

@LiangRhea Long way to go but small steps... within first 12mths as CEO @interplastanz - formed Gender Equity Advisory Council. Overhauled staff policies to be more family friendly (increase & flexi parental leave etc). Developed first Gender Equity Strategy. We can all do more!
