Initial UNC/Duke thoughts: -Duke was +20 in points off turnovers. -Inability to grab defensive rebounds doomed this team in the second half -Can’t have multiple 5:00 or longer scoring droughts and expect to win. Against Duke or any team for that matter -Boozer was the best player on the floor. Controlling the game wit his passing out of the double team -Henri Veesaar only took one shot in the second half. Not ideal. -Sneaky big game from Derek Dixon. Career high 5 3FGs & 17 points. Going to need him to play like that next week in the ACCT. -Injuries derailed what could’ve been another instant classic between these two. Hope Foster is okay. Same for Ngongba. Knew it was going to be an uphill battle after losing Caleb Wilson. It was a game until it wasn’t. A lot to clean up & some things to build off of going into the ACC Tournament. Onward. TAR!

I don't know how long you have been following Carolina basketball, but legacy and tradition is built over decades of excellence. If you look from 2000 on UNC and Duke both have 3 National Titles.
