On a platform full of negativity please please share this beautiful video full of positivity!
This got pretty emotional. We handed over £10,000 to the incredible team at @Adapt_Oxford money raised by some amazing lads in our M.A.T.E community.
Meeting so many lads face-to-face, some who’d come through our Facebook group, guys now living clean in their dry houses and genuinely trying to turn their lives around... it hit me hard.
We're literally saving lives together, Adapt & M.A.T.E.S. All the chats, the support, the posts on social media, the podcast, the AMAZING work Adapt do – seeing it play out in the real world felt surreal. This is what it's all about.
At M.A.T.E, we are a community that supports men, we see the wider picture and recognise others within our sector and the incredible work they do.
Without fundraising, Adapt wouldn't exist and neither would we – here's where your hard-earned money goes.
If this video moves you even half as much as being there moved me, please share it far and wide. Let's get this out to every man who needs to hear they're not alone.
Lads, if you're struggling – join our Facebook group "Men & Their Emotions" It's a safe space with thousands of us ready to listen and have your back.
And if you can fundraise, donate, or spread the word – every single bit helps keep this going. Thank you from the bottom of my heart.
And if you think you could benefit from their support please reach out to
