Not sure why that’s ironic, first off I work out and build for my mental health and it’s something that I truly love and to be healthy. Second, how do you know? I don’t also participate in martial arts. The more ironic thing is that people think that just because you want to build muscle that it comes from a place of aggression and defense and being able to fight. When that is not at all the reason behind why I’m doing this.

@camokimble The irony is that after making this build you realize that this is burden, That an MMA or Judo beginer can throw you on ground, You can neither fight 12 rounds of boxing, So many other limitations.
