I started making these designs in 2016 because I couldn't afford to buy the stuff in major stores, and I was disappointed with the lack of fiesta colors available from the official fan shop. A lot has changed since then, but fans making cool art is not something new that I had anything to do with starting. I was inspired by artists like @hdtshirts and others that came before me. And now there’s been a huge influx of fan art and bootleg Spurs merch now that the Spurs are back to winning and in the WCF. I’d be lying if I said it doesn’t feel a little overwhelming sometimes, or that I don’t occasionally feel inadequate with my own art seeing it all. But at the end of the day, more art is never a bad thing. That’s part of what makes San Antonio #puro and what makes this team so special. I just wanted to say thank you to everyone still repping my work and buying my new stuff. I know there’s a lot of great stuff to choose from out there, so I really appreciate y’all buying and sharing my stuff 🙏 As always, Go Spurs Go! #porvida -@dakmitch
