@canarysupport I’ve been having issues with my Canary app! It goes off if I put it on night mode, and I can’t change it and put into the Home mode! Walking around the house with the night mode on and the cameras, going off and alarms! Have you guys corrected this problem!

@kecash34 - Hi Karen - it looks like your cameras are from 2015. The original cameras may need to be set up in a different way. Please contact us at support@canary.is using 1975614 as a reference along with the serial number of the Canary device that is no longer working.

@canarysupport I sold my Canary home security camera that I bought approximately 8 years ago. It worked recently for me but the new owner is telling me she can’t set it up due to age. Is that true? If so, why did it still work for me?
