@AeroCivilCol I am trying to get a refund for cancelled flights with Viva Air Colombia from April 2020. They are offering a voucher which I cannot use as I am not rescheduling my holiday. Please can you provide assistant on getting a refund?

@financialombuds I have cancelled flights with Viva Air Colombia that I am still trying to get a refund for. I have been in contact with them but they have offered a voucher which is no use to me as I am not replanting my holiday to Colombia. Please can you help?
