The president’s son just married the daughter of Epstein’s private banker. They really do think we’re stupid. 🤡

🚨🚨🚨: The EU just handed $ASTS the keys to Europe. Today — May 27 — the European Commission adopted a decision reserving two-thirds of Europe's 2 GHz D2D satellite spectrum for European operators. @SpaceX and @Amazonleo can only bid for the remaining one-third. The spectrum: 1980-2010 MHz / 2170-2200 MHz. The exact S-band $ASTS has been pursuing through its @vodafone joint venture. The split: One-third reserved for IRIS² — Europe's sovereign government satellite constellation. One-third reserved for "EU operators entering the market" - that's Satellite Connect Europe, the ASTS-Vodafone JV headquartered in Luxembourg with operations in Germany. One-third open to non-EU bidders like @SpaceX and @Amazonleo . Two-thirds of European D2D spectrum just got walled off from @Starlink . Europe doesn't want its critical communications infrastructure controlled by @elonmusk . This isn't subtle. 71% of Germans and Britons hold unfavorable views of Musk. He backed the AfD in Germany. Called for abolishing the EU. Got fined $140M for violating EU digital laws. Canada already canceled a $100M Starlink deal over political tensions. This isn't about technology. It's geopolitical. And $ASTS built the exact structure Europe wants. Satellite Connect Europe - JV with Vodafone, headquartered in Luxembourg. German operations center handling encryption and satellite control. Five ground stations deploying across Spain, UK, and three more markets. Orange - France's largest carrier joined in March. Orange CEO Christel Heydemann is a "vocal advocate for European satellite sovereignty." European carriers control the customer, the data, the billing, and the regulatory compliance. $ASTS provides the satellite technology. That's sovereignty-compliant by design. @SpaceX operates as a direct-to-consumer service. One American company controls the satellites, the spectrum, the data, the customer. Governments hate this. ASTS operates through LOCAL carriers everywhere: 🇪🇺 Europe — Vodafone, Orange control the customer 🇸🇦 Saudi Arabia — stc controls the customer ($175M prepayment) 🇨🇦 Canada — Bell, TELUS control the customer (Ontario already canceled Starlink) 🇮🇳 India — local carriers, strict data localization laws 🇧🇷 Brazil — local carriers, domestic telecom compliance required 🌍 Africa — Vodafone, MTN, Orange control the customer 🇯🇵 Japan — local MNO partners, strict security requirements Every country that cares about who controls its communications infrastructure is a country where $ASTS 's model wins. The EU decision today is the first domino. Satellite sovereignty is becoming global policy. And $ASTS is the only D2D company structured to comply with it everywhere. @SpaceX has better rockets but $ASTS has the business model governments will actually allow into their countries. $ASTS 🛰️

$ASTS closed at $119.70 +13%. But look what happened at 16:00:01. Over $500M in large institutional buy orders hit at market close. 999K shares. 515K shares. 249K shares. Block after block. All buys. Total capital flow: $1.08B inflow vs $531M outflow. Net +$554M. Large orders alone: +$576M net. Retail was slightly net selling; taking profits on a green day. 🤡🤡🤡 Institutions were aggressively accumulating at the close. When big money buys while retail sells, that's the signal. The @SpaceX S-1 repricing isn't speculation anymore. It's showing up in the order flow. This is what we talked about the day the S-1 landed. $ASTS 🛰️

AMC proudly has secured rights to the 2026 FIFA World Cup. With intense interest in “football” among potential Latino theatre visitors, AMC will air the Telemundo broadcasts in Spanish language. What you will see: great sporting action. What you will hear: “Gooooooooaaaallllll”

Martha Stewart went to prison for saving herself $45,673 using an illegal stock tip. Donald Trump traded stocks 3,700 times between Jan—Mar of this year, totaling between $220–$750 million, and used the presidency to make his stocks go up… And he’s walking around a free man.

$ASTS weekly chart shows MACD curling up, heavy volume over the last three weeks, and the RSI getting back to breakout levels. Daily chart shows an undeniable reclaim of the bull channel and breakout of the wedge/flag. Main resistance in the short term is prior ath ~130. Ultimately, my lean is we head up to the upper end of the channel by mid June. *NFA

Tomorrow will be a G-Day like no other. Massive option interest at $95 and $100, with too much gamma for my little heart. I'm not one of these "short-ladder attack" and "blame the MMs" type of guys. Having said that, the market makers have a scary day tomorrow. $ASTS

$ASTS There were some updates to the Ligado filings last week. One of particular interest was that it appears AST now believes their BB satellites (at least Block 3, maybe all) will have a useful life of 15 years instead of 10! Compared to Starlink with 3-5 years per the S-1.

It is intellectually dishonest to rank Brock Purdy, who’s been #1 across efficiency stats (including QBR) since he joined the NFL, as the #15 NFL QB. It’s like saying 1+1=5. Makes it obvious preset feelings and biases are more important than measurable, factual performance
