Atlas V received its payload of 29 satellites for the next United Launch Alliance mission to space for Amazon. The Leo 7 launch enables expansion of the Amazon Leo constellation to provide fast, reliable internet to communities around the world. A more powerful Ariane 64. Our largest Ariane payload yet. The next batch of Amazon Leo satellites arrived in French Guiana ahead of launch on Leo Europe 3 (LE-03) with @Arianespace. LE-03 will be our first mission aboard Ariane 64 with upgraded P160C boosters, enabling increased payload capacity as we continue scaling deployment of our constellation.

A new chapter begins. The first Vulcan booster is vertical in the new Vertical Integration Facility (VIF-A) dedicated to @Amazonleo. This milestone enables testing of first use technologies and validates systems supporting Amazon’s LEO constellation.

The first Vulcan booster is vertical inside Amazon’s dedicated Vertical Integration Facility (VIF-A) at SLC-41 as prep continues for Leo Vulcan 1 (LV-01), the first of 38 Leo missions on Vulcan Centaur. Leo satellites are already stacked for LV-01 and future Vulcan launches, and this step will allow @ULAlaunch teams to validate the systems, hardware, and procedures needed to support a sustained, high-cadence launch rate for Leo Vulcan missions.

Mission VA268: All systems are ready for launch. Arianespace has successfully completed the Launch Readiness Review (LRR) for mission VA268. This final milestone confirms that the launcher, the payload, and all ground systems are ready. Ariane 64 is now cleared for launch from Europe’s Spaceport in French Guiana. Scheduled for April 30, 2026, the mission will place 32 @Amazonleo satellites into low Earth orbit, marking the second Ariane 6 launch dedicated to the deployment of the constellation.
