@canis236 I definitely need to get some sweetened condensed milk! I bought xanthan gum and added like 1/6th tsp and it seemed to really help in making it nice and smooth like soft serve!!

@soleilestelle A good ratio of heavy/double cream and condensed milk is key, took me a few tries, but realised clotted cream works very well. But is more expensive.
