okay, hr tip, 1st week ng January, pangit pa, ngayon pa lang nagsisibalik yung mga nagleave for the holidays. 2nd week ng January, dito pa lang nila nalalaman yung mga headcount ng nagresign at anong position yung nawala. 3rd week, magsisimula na sila magsource and pooling.

@therpmdiary need nila talaga ma call out. di pwede yung every year na lang may issue dahil sa kanila, gawin naman nilang masaya yung mga future RPm na mag oath taking. kahit sila na lang kasi imposible na maayos yung satin hahahaha pero deserve natin lahat maging happy for this event :(

This is alarming. Who would’ve thought that this has been happening for a long time now. And we’re expected to just accept this kind of treatment? Ganito nalang ba din mararanasan ng bawat batch? We’re not even paying huge amounts of money for this. Organizers please do better

+ we expect the organizers to understand na ang daming pinangga-galingan ng concerns. 4.1k php for 1 inductee and 2 guests is not a joke. to those na gustong maka-experience, kahit na mahirap maghanap ng ganiyang kalaking pera, iga-grab na ang opportunity. call us out gently.

ang disheartening nung nangyayari ngayon sa rpm 25 batch. very shortlived na yung celebration bcs of reality check & questioning the passing rate then yung messy na oathtaking process tas ngayon meron nanaman from organizer in which its your duty to answer query, idk anymore. 🥲
