This actually happened. It's not an X hoax. 100,000 is a huge number, and Grok says the true number is thought to be as high as one million. The USA was probably their top destination. On Dec 10, 2025, India seized 100,000 forged diplomas from 22 universities. The Indian government know the names of the fake degree holders. Many were medical degrees, some were nursing or engineering. The US State Department must demand the names of all fake Indian degree holders. Then they must be expelled from the USA, or imprisoned. If India won't provide the list, then we must expel all Indians who were admitted or hired on the basis of Indian credentials. If you disagree, then you want to children to die from preventable medical errors or collapsing bridges.

New Yorkers with 16 or more speeding violations will now have to install devices in their cars to limit their driving speeds. The device will use GPS tracking to restrict how fast the car can drive to the posted speed limit. The device will be wired into the vehicle's onboard computer. If drivers refuse to install the device, their registrations will be revoked after 45 days.

I think the best thing for laid off H-1Bs is to find a F-1 program and file to change status to F-1. The I-539 to F-1 is eligible for premium processing (unless you are from a pause policy country). But getting into F-1 quickly gives you a solid status versus a long pending I-539 for B-2 which is uncertain. You also have a longer runway to make your next plan l, and you stop the clock on your 6 years burning up. All good. And frankly depending on your situation, you might want to hide in F-1 for 3 years until we elect a different President. But H-1Bs before they are laid off and who are entrepreneurial should consider a concurrent H-1B for their start-up so if they lose their day job, they are still in good shape with their concurrent H-1B, although I realize that is a niche strategy.

Henry Nowak was brutally attacked by a "weapon obsessed" sihk. First, he was slashed in the face, then stabbed in the groin, given a fatal blow to the chest, and then stabbed again on the back of his legs as he tried to escape over a fence. A video taken by Digwa was shown in court where Henry attempts to climb over the fence to get away from his killer. It was said there was a trail of blood. A witness heard one voice (Digwa) say "you’re not going to get away with this big man" and another scared voice (Nowak) calling out, "I’ve been stabbed". To say the police did not react because they were "misled" is a disgrace. He was cut on his face, he was stabbed in three parts of his lower body, he was stabbed deep into his chest. These officers are incompetent at best, complicit at worst. Release the footage, all of it. Let's see who these officers are. Let's see how they reacted. Let's see what actually happened. This is not just about Henry Nowak, this is about all of us. If it can happen to him it can happen to you, and it won't be long until it happens again.

@smg1664 Our officers were misled at the scene, including denial of weapon use. They quickly switched to life-saving aid within minutes but, as laid out in our statement, the medical evidence shows that the injuries were not survivable. A very sad case, our thoughts are with his family.
