On a different but maybe related note, AFV is basically stepping in to Fund canoo moving forward instead of YA. This is probably both good and bad, or at least problematic, which may explain Gregs departure. Good because YA is a loan shark, with no interest in seeing Canoo make it. Tony funding Canoo via AFV is good, bc he obviously has the most to gain with Canoo surviving. It's problematic because AFV is also getting paid via interest and it also appears to be structuring the deal to insulate the machinery from bankruptcy, whereby if Canoo the company did fold, then AFV, who already owns the building, would also own all the robots and could potentially just start up again under a new name while Canoo investors are left with nothing. $GOEV

Canoo and DD have agreed to settle their lawsuit outside of the courts. It has been dismissed without prejudice, so they can go back to court if they don't work it out - but only have until late Nov to go back to court - it will be dismissed w/ prejudice then. $GOEV

Canoo gets approval from UK to operate pilot testing - highlights only needing less than a 2% change to the BOM to make the LDVs operable in the UK. $GOEV
