@AyunanJhorie Kate herself would tell Benedict to get lost with that mistress plot. Benedict is not a child and can work through his emotions first.

No. He knows that,too aware of it and even told her multiple times she deserves more but the only thing he can give is himself, he let her decide to take it or leave and when she did,as much as it broke his heart he let her go

@AyunanJhorie @a1filmsss Him making her to be stuck at his cottage, making her nothing more as a mistress. That will be the only thing she will be known as to anyone at that point. She will have less freedom than she had even as a maid. She was right to reject that offer for her wellbeing too.

@AyunanJhorie @a1filmsss Have you read what you wrote? He is selfish to Sophie here too, not just his family, she deserves a better life than what he offered. He will be the one less affected by this scandal than Sophie, the future kids, his sisters. Those are the people that will suffer the most.
