People somehow continuously underrate how much being strong makes a massive difference in contact sports People will shit on “bully ball” but it works continuously at every level time and time again Where it gets ineffective is when there’s no skill paired with it

@pmmbasketball @TheCollinDunks Size and strength nah. His IQ is honestly impressive tho but he won’t be able to pressure the defense as a scorer. Unless he develops a middy game, or maybe I’m wrong and he’s just actually giannis as a paint scorer at the next level.

@cantfinduser9 @TheCollinDunks if u can get to the rim from the perimeter is that "creating ur own shot in the paint"? paint touches is a skill. thats something people also mentioned as a problem with dylan harper but if you can maneuver yourself to the paint with a combo of strength and footwork

My point is all the top players in the league create their own shot from multiple levels(paint, middy, 3). I suck at articulating.

@cantfinduser9 @pmmbasketball Boozer consistently creates his own shot. He’s one of the best dribble drive scorers in college, he’s a 40% 3pt shooter, and he gets to the line and shoots 80%

In this era the best itw are either athletically dominant so they can afford to live at 1 level(giannis). Or they can score at multiple levels. Boozer fits neither.
