Kemi Badenoch rightly points out how 90% of Motability cars are being handed out with no adaptions for disability at all. That people are claiming such cars for conditions like drug misuse, ADHD, and obesity. This isn't what the scheme was designed for.

Yes this release clause business took us all by surprise, but we should probably acknowledge that it was added into a contract for a player that, at the time, had completed 90 mins of PL football on just 3 occasions.
