@BohlalengH That airport was built for Bophutatswana people who were "independent" at that time, black people were not allowed to use Johamnesburg international airport, not allowed in big towns like Kemptonpark after 18h00. Maintaining it will be costly and won't be that busy

🤯🤯 Cape Town has a capital budget of R14.3 billion. R9 billion of which goes to low income areas! This is more than Joburg's entire budget. How is CPT so good at ensuring development in the townships? Why do they care more about the poor? What are they doing right? 🥺🥺😳😳🙇♂️🙇♂️
