सरकार कोर्ट का फैसला पलट रही है। दिल्ली हाईकोर्ट ने CAPF जवानों को पुरानी पेंशन (OPS) दिया, लेकिन सरकार सुप्रीम कोर्ट में चली गई। सरकार ने इस फैसले को लागू नहीं किया। सौ दिन की छुट्टी भी जवानों को नहीं मिल रही। हम लोग, CAPF के सभी जवानों की बात कर रहे हैं। -सर्वेश त्रिपाठी, पूर्व सहायक कमांडेंट (CRPF)

Yahaan clearly likha hai ki recruitment, promotion, deputation sab #CentralGovt ke rules se decide hoga — aur un rules ko kabhi bhi amend ya override kiya ja sakta hai. #IG se upar ke posts me fixed % deputation, aur SDG/DG level par “deputation only” — iska matlab seedha hai: 👉 Apni force ke officers ke liye top leadership ka darwaza almost band. 👉 Career growth ka ceiling artificially set. Upar se “notwithstanding anything…” clause — matlab kisi aur law ya order se conflict ho to bhi ye Act hi chalega. Aur Govt ko power di gayi hai ki wo notification se rules badal bhi sakti hai, schedules amend kar sakti hai. Simple words me: #CAPFofficers ground par jaan de, leadership kisi aur ke haath me rahe। Jab #SupremeCourt ne balance ki baat ki, tab bhi system aisa design kiya gaya hai ki “control stays centralized, not internal”. Sawal sirf promotion ka nahi hai, 👉 morale ka hai 👉 fairness ka hai 👉 aur ek professional force ki dignity ka hai Agar apni force ke officers ko hi trust nahi milega, to phir ye uniform sirf duty ka symbol reh jayegi, respect ka nahi. #partialgovt

Having been selected as a CAPF AC myself prior to my transition into the IPS, I speak with a deep respect for both services and their mandates. For those asking for a deputation of CAPF officers to state police, the established route at equivalent ranks remains a constructive and welcome avenue. However, it is difficult to reconcile the high standards of our uniformed services with the practice of seeking cadre-specific responsibilities through “anonymous digital forums”. Anonymous mudslinging and visible indiscipline under the guise of reform raises serious concerns about professional standards and accountability—such conduct reflects poorly on the ethos expected within any uniformed force. If parity is the demand, CAPF officers are welcome to serve in state police on deputation at equivalent ranks (DySP/Addl SP). Perhaps the focus of their social media campaigns should shift towards this constructive and institutionally viable proposition. 🇮🇳

@Jangaldesh007 If IPS officers are forced to do 3yr deputation as asst comt in any BSF or ITBP in border area they will leave IPS on medical ground,I can chew my hat if am wrong.

This's what makes them God's own. Hardly 11 years in service & instead of discharging his duties, he is worried about his future deputation prospects. He conveniently ignores SC verdict on the Sub but claims moral high ground to preach ethos to CAPF, perhaps not applicable to IPS
