I love our #DataCommunity and I especially love helping the aspiring data enthusiast and normally the aspect missing is not the technical skills but a strategic mindset. It comes through experience, community, and training, but it comes from a desire to solve problems.

The difference between #DataLiteracy vs. #DataStrategy is it focus on the individual or organization. But, if you focus on both it leads to an actionable process or the #DataToAction Process.

What I noticed more than anything from the SMU Human Trafficking Conference. Yes, the data is not good or even absent and it is hard to trust, but when anecdotal stories are backed by data - it is powerful. Your data stories can change the world.
