The idea that years of age were measured differently in Arabia in the 7th century AD is at odds not just with basic historical fact but sheer common sense. The lunar calendar Was Muhammad really 180 years? We know approximately what year he was born 570 AD and what year he died, 632 AD. The Arabic Lunar Calendar, if you'd appeal to that, is shorter than the Julian one. So even by the local reckoning Aisha would be less than 6, not more.
