Nobody tells freshers the real requirement know someone, or don't bother. The job market isn't broken. It was never fair to begin with. Stop blaming your resume. Start blaming the system pretending resumes matter.

The more systems become automated, the more systems require oversight. Technology has a long history of creating new complexity while solving old complexity. AI won't be the exception.
