Hunters and anglers please give public comment on this proposed plan to expand hunting and fishing opportunity on federal public land. This is a proposal (not a rule yet). Starting tomorrow, you can read the entire list of 107 National Wildlife Refuges and 4 National Fish hatcheries in 32 states where you’ll have increased hunting and fishing opportunities thanks to this proposed rule. After it’s published in the federal register tomorrow you have 30 days to provide public comment. To find it go to the federal register tomorrow and search for FWS-HQ-NWRS-2026-1223. Let the administration know you support public land, reject public land sales and transfers, and support more access for sportsmen.

So this is your reminder that mass immigration at this scale is impossible without heavy government funding. They are not coming to the West to work. They are coming for the subsidized lifestyle you pay for. Their net contribution is not zero, it is negative. This would never have happened at this level without a massive public trough funding it. Your tax dollars are the incentive. You work hard, the government takes your money, and funnels it to them. You are funding this reality. Take it up with your government. They are the ones confiscating your earnings to incentivize mass immigration.

you know what time it is that’s right skwala, salmonfly, and golden stone time. fishing season tips: 1. remember to pinch your barbs 2. carry a mesh bag and pick up liter: pescadoronthefly.com/blogs/blog/tro… 3. carry a thermometer and stop fishing when the water temp is > 67 or target warm water fish. 4. use appropriately sized leaders for the fishery. decreasing fight time improves survivability. 5. keep your lotion out of the water. I dont care about your sunburn, mosquitoes, or biting flies. youre supposed to look like you have smallpox after a day on the river. 6. put the rod down and enjoy the scenery. it might be a data center next year. 😢

Aaron was my teammate in Afghanistan on my first deployment. I didn’t know anything. He taught me, and taunted me as any good NCO does. He earned multiple valor awards on that deployment and almost got killed several times. When he finally got out, we all breathed a sigh of relief. Less than 100 days after exiting the Army, he died due to VA negligence in Nashville. He deserved better. He deserved a long life. I miss him.
