Did they have the right to search? These two were pulled over for a traffic violation when the cop smelled weed. After he asked them to step out of the vehicle, the story kept unfolding. Eventually they searched the vehicle, then the driver’s purse, ending in an arrest. But was this lawful? They must be on probation or something.

First time doing these. I couldn’t figure out how to hold more weight without shifting the movement. 45 pound plate is too big and if I hold 2 25’s it shifts the movement it’s to thick. Anyone have any ideas? 🤷🏻‍♀️

@WhitneyGrenaway The way you're doing them, it's for your lower back. If you round your back and keep your chest and Chin tucked down through the whole movement, you'll work on that ass... Just depends on what your goals are.
