Because of the tax hike under Mamdani - Millionaires and Billionaires are leaving NYC and moving to FL - TX - TN to protect their wealth - It's just good business.
When the money leaves but the "FREE STUFF" is promised by a Socialist/Communist as the taxes are hiked - the economy fails.
More and more takers will move to NY for all that "Free Stuff" as the wealthy leave the state.
Americans don't have to be economist to know this is a recipe for disaster for NYC.
