Hi @VivaAerobus we’ve been told by @Iberia that they sent our luggage via you to Puerto Vallarta three weeks ago and you’ve lost it and aren’t replying to their emails. Please can you look into this and return our luggage?

Hi @Iberia and @britishairways it’s been 20 days since you lost our luggage on flight BA4285. We’ve called Iberia customer service multiple times and they always say they’ll look into it and call us back-but never do. What do we do now? @IBLostMyLuggage

@Iberia lost our luggage 6 days ago and their customer service has been appalling. Told us it would be sent Monday by Aeromexico to our destination (lie), then said it was with Viva Aerobús (lie), today finally admitted they don’t know where it is. @IBLostMyLuggage
