Many things I am proud of. But being a very uncoordinated person who has always hated exercise my running is what I am most proud of. Running is the best!

16 years ago I did not get the a level results that I wanted. Fortunately after a tearful phone call with @JaneHibberd20 I got in to my chosen university. It will be fine if you don’t get your results you hope for!! Good luck!

Managed to get my large undergrad year 2 biological psych cohort to dance the Macarena today to explain motor sequences. Great crowd - thanks for humouring me. One of the best sessions I have had in the last decade

@caralawrence True, but if it were just built into the day as something that everyone did, as well as a lunch break, now we’re talking 😆

I reckon if everyone did some daily movement at work like we had to do PE at school (and I hated PE), all companies just stopped for a bit and did exercise, everyone would be a lot healthier 🤔

@LaurenOsborneOT I do however think if lunch breaks were allowed to be an hour that might work. Working in the nhs and a half hour lunch break means you can do anything other than eat

@caralawrence It’s just what I need 😊 I hate exercise so I need it enforced on me. I’ve tried everything and I think the only way it would work (for me) is if it was just part of the things I had to do because everyone else is at the same time.
