Complaint to @RBI & @jagograhakjago/ consumer affairs
Your platform clearly promotes that users can sell gold through Money View. However, when I attempt to use this feature, it is unavailable.
This is a clear case of misleading information being presented to customers.
If this feature is currently disabled, it should not be advertised. This lack of transparency is unacceptable.
I request an immediate clarification and resolution. If this issue is not addressed promptly, I will escalate the matter through appropriate regulatory and public channels.
Expecting a quick response.
I might have to complaint to consumer forum and RBI

I ordered a bracelet a month as the delivery time shown was of week. It's been a month, and haven’t received the delivery yet. Customer service does not help at all. Never going for online shopping of jewellery again. Never knew this side of a tata product @CaratLane
