For the reason I said. People have to challenge the Law in order to have standing for a court challenge. You usually can't just willingly comply and ask the court to review the matter.

I had a roommate in college who CONSTANTLY thought everyone was staring at her (in a way like they were wowed by her) and that every man she encountered was checking her out. she wasn’t unattractive, just totally average looking. this phenomenon should be studied.

One of the games Im never going to indulge for even a second is this "avert your eyes" game with women. Everyone knows what is happening. People look at each other. It's normal. Sometimes there's a sexual related thought flying through at 100sms, most of the time not. And either is fine.
