Attention @CareerBuilder: I need to express my serious concerns with the service provided to my company. After signing the contract and while being actively billed: • It took an unacceptable 57-day delay before anyone reached out to establish a functioning account, which was promised when I signed up. • During these 57 days, I was being charged for services I didn't know how to use, employ, or maximize due to your failure to keep your promise. • The promised one-on-one tech support and training was only offered after the 57-day delay. When asked why I couldn't get ahold of the point of contact, they stated that my company's phone number was in their system wrong, so he thought it was spam and would not answer it as a result. • My company suffered significant financial losses due to this negligence. As a small, disabled veteran-owned business, these delays and lack of support have been particularly damaging to our operations and growth. To make matters worse, my attempts to resolve these issues have been met with: • Nothing but runarounds when seeking support • Complete lack of continuity in communication • Unreturned messages and follow-ups • Zero accountability for the promises made I am prepared to share my experience with the Better Business Bureau, veteran business networks, and across multiple social media platforms. I'm prepared to detail my experience with your company in industry forums where other potential clients will see it. This experience falls far below the professional standards your company claims to uphold. The sales promises made during our initial meeting were not fulfilled, and the extended delay has had real consequences for our business operations. My specific request: I request a full refund for the 57 days of unusable service and an immediate meeting with an account manager who can properly set up our service as originally promised. I expect a prompt, personalized response from leadership with decision-making authority who can address these specific concerns. Generic responses or further delays will only reinforce my decision to take this matter to a wider audience.
