✅ Balanced electrolyte solutions are supported in both deceased and living donor kidney transplants. They reduce the risk of delayed graft function and are easy to implement across transplant settings.

Using ANZDATA registry data, we estimated absolute effects of IV fluid choice. Here’s what we found 👇 📊 🔹 Deceased Donation: ~40 fewer cases of DGF per 1000 patients with balanced fluids 🔹 Living Donation: Minimal difference
