@DatRamJamHam @its_The_Dr Now that is the real question the prosecution made the case that the this case rose to a felony level. I personally believe that if Trump hadn't hired the Marx brothers for lawyers this wouldn't have happened. Perhaps he needs to hire better lawyers for his appeal.
