Hi besties! Happy Monday! No workout photo today because the workout was so hard on me that I dissociated a bit. So here is a shaky post shower cosy fit instead and porridge cake. Also look how cute my socks are! Have a lovely day 🩷

RSPB Leighton Moss today, managed to hear the Bittern and Bearded reedlings! Saw a lot of Cetti's warbler and a few Marsh tits but wasn't lucky enough for a good photo

@onmilonmil Yeah don’t gulls only tend to like chihuahuas apparently 🤭😂. Probs a bit too late for turnstones now

@carlcapewell Some seagulls! I did bring some bird seed in case there were pigeons but not really seen any and the gulls dont tend to care much for seed, only human food hahaha

All the dogs at the beach are so happy 😭😭😭🥰

Every year im like "nah i dont think i have S.A.D, im depressed most of the time" and then i go out in the sunshine and want to bawl my eyes out because im suddenly happy again lmfaooo
