Nobody elected you to police votes or harass Midnight Ambassadors / dReps over “conflict of interest,” @NaVi_GaT0R . If a proposal is good for the ecosystem, legal, and benefits the community, dReps have every right and duty to vote YES based on their conviction and what their delegators want. That’s not a bug, that’s the entire point of decentralized governance. Philosophically, in a system like Cardano, every participant has skin in the game and aligned interests. Demanding perfect neutrality and forcing abstention is naive, authoritarian, and anti-decentralization. It silences the most knowledgeable builders and turns governance into a purity test run by self-appointed gatekeepers. Transparency and honest rationale matter far more than pretending no one has any interests. You’re CEO of Iagon and you yourself abstained on proposals that could have directly benefited your own company.
