I’m thrilled to announce that my self-portrait, Imagined Futures, Gender Congruence, is a finalist in the Portia Geach Memorial Award at @shervingallery! 💅
A portrait of openly queer actor, broadcaster, television producer, writer and DJ Faustina Agolley. I’m so proud to call her my friend.
I was instantly drawn to Faustina because of the strength of her convictions and her appetite for knowledge and self-development.
Loved painting my friend, Tamara Armstrong. She’s an Australian visual artist, painting portraits of empowered women who live life in brilliant colour and bold substance.
As a striker for the Matildas and Canberra United, Michelle Heyman is one of Australia’s most impressive sportswomen. Was so proud watching my talented friend in the 2024 Olympics! ⚽️
